Restricting websites

We have a windows 2000 Server and we have restrictions on a certain computer (LeftWing) at our facility. I need to add a website to that computer but I don't remember the path. Right now I am in the active directorys users and computers / Group policys object editor but I can't remember where to go from here.

Change the server's name to RightWing, then open the Foreign Policy Editor and implement 'war on terrorism'. The unit will then be less resistant to the restrictions you are trying to impose.
