Restricting Users in XP?

Hi,

I want to do the ff. to the guest account in XP:

being able to only open specified applications such as Word, Web Browser, etc
Access only to specific folders
cannot change ANY system settings, even wallpaper

Any idea what I should do or what apps I should install?

This will be easier if you have XP Pro, which is intended for these corporate situations.

Using NTFS permissions, gpedit.msc settings, locking settings when there is an option to, and possibly using the MMC users thing.
