Is there any (Windows) software for Peer-to-Peer which is password restricted? I want to use something like Kazaa for sharing amongst half a dozen computers (running Win98, Win2000 and XP) across the internet BUT I don't want to have these files available for everyone to download - only those with a password.

There are versions bit torrent - shadow experimental and another - that allow password authentication but I have no idea how to set it up.

Ftp would be the way to do that.

Bulletproof used to be a good one; not sure anymore.
