Restrict Computer Network Interface to a single 'network'

Hey there everybody,

I wish to know if is there any way to disallow a computer (windows / linux) from joining any network except a designed one, for a company for example.

I mean not by using any domain controller, that would be like a 'blind' computer that can only comunication with an enterprise network, identified by something.

Of course, the user would be no administrator, for it to be accomplished I guess.

Any material or technics would be appreciated.

Wire? Wireless or and other network characteristics?

In general in Windows things like this done thru configuring the Group Policies on the computers.
