Restoring Froyo to dell streak. Does that un-root it?

I about to sell my Streak and it's been rooted running streakdroid with Android version 2.2.2

I wanted to be able to sell it as rooted but I wanted the stock firmware on there.

It will get unrooted but it's very simple to just root it again.

That guide is not the one you want. If you're already on Streakdroid and want to go back to stock, use this one:

Thanks. I was considering selling as "rooted" but I rather just leave that up to the buyer.
