Restoring Contacts from windows 98 hd backup

I am trying to find where Windows 98 Outlook Express stores it's contacts, I found the .dbx files and was able to restore emails. But I cannot for the life of me find any *.wab files to get contacts imported. Any idea where the contacts are stored so I can retreive them?
