Did you just add a video card? Assuming your 550w power supply isn't junk, it should be plenty. You probably would want to check the voltages anyways, though.

Well my voltage sensors say
cpu voltage 1.49V
Aux 1.76
+3.3V voltage 3.25
+5 voltage 4.92
+12 voltage 11.98
standby voltage 4.95
Well i added a 9800pro and when i restart it says device driver but i have uninstalled and reinstalled plus have tried omega drivers also and same thing. But i just added a new hard drive with my others and it is doing it more after that. My power supply is a cheap one. What power supply do yall say is good and how much do i need for my system and have some to spare?

NOTE: a good Brand name does matter for psu!!

huh?
name brand PSU is one of the only things i recommend to BE a good name brand when building a relable PC.

i suggest the $59 aspire at newegg. it got a great review here on anandtech, and its the best looking power supply out that, not that looks matter.
