Rest in Peace Bat Boy

wtf??? how did that happen? that's like the Yankees going out of business, except that people are actually sad about Weekly World News

nnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!

My favorite headline:

"Scientists thaw frozen head! And it SPEAKS!!!!"

They must have gotten too close to the truth with one of their stories, and the government took notice.

Please. Everybody knows that Bat Boy is actually half flying fox, half human. Flying foxes aren't technically bats. Didn't you get the memo?

I loved looking at those while waiting in line at the grocery store. 🙁

You're to blame then!!!! You were supposed to BUY them. Grocery store is not a lending library!

It's sad. When we're on vacation I always bought one to read on those days when we were too relaxed to go out.

I think there is a place for a tabloid like that - completely over the top, but playing it straight.

Yeah! What are the Men in Black going to use for leads now?

Charlie Mackenzie: Hey Mom, I find it interesting that you refer to the Weekly World News as, "The paper." The paper contains facts.

May Mackenzie: This paper contains facts. And this paper has the eighth highest circulation in the whole wide world. Right? Plenty of facts. "Pregnant man gives birth." That's a fact.
