My sister has a normal home setup w/ a wireless router, and several wireless endpoints (iPad & laptops).
She recently bought a new Dell laptop.
She claims the Dell can get on wireless, and get alone w/ the other wifi devices just fine, but when she puts the Dell in sleep mode, all of the wifi endpoints' wifi connections would drop.
When she wakes up the Dell from sleep mode, all of them would then connect.
I have years of networking experience, and have never heard of anything like this.
If anyone's had this weird issue, and know what to do please let me know.
thanks!

This is no longer an issue.
Sister & brother in-law didn't describe all components in detail correctly.
They got an xFinity/Comcast combo router, and removed the original Linksys wireless router, which was an additional change to the new Dell laptop.
The xFinity combo router apparently had problem making all wireless nodes stay connected.
After they put the original Linksys router back in, issue went away.
Thanks for those that replied & tried to help.
