Resize partitions

I am running ME/XP on one HD with two partitions. I need to resize it to make the XP one bigger and the ME one smaller. I have tried everything except partiton magic and it won't resize. The dos programs are either too complicated or just don't work. Is there anything out there besides Partition Magic to do the trick?? Thanks.
 
Partition Magic should DO the trick. What is wrong with using PM?? You will probably need version 7.
