When we reset computer with button on the case.
Which component might damaged?
Hard or ram? and why?

Afaik, a hard reset does not damage hardware in anyway, not even the hdd, however it can damage data and cause OS to fail or result in other forms of data loss
 
Yeah, unless you hit the reset button while it is writing to the disk, then, at worst, windows complains about an unexpected reset.

Normally, you shouldn't need to use the reset button at all, since it really is hard to tell when your system isn't writing data to the disk.
