Reset Notebook

I just sold my notebook and I want to reset everything to the factory conditions, IE the way it came before I ever turned it on. Is this possible, or do I need to go through and uninstall every program?

Yea, that's probably it. I just want everything back to the way it came without having to go through removing everything.
