Resdent Evil Movie question

I never played the game, and maybe the answer is there. I watched the movie, and noticed something weird. At the very beginning of the movie, the girl wakes up in the shower with amnesia, and notices a scar on her shoulder (looks like an old scar). At the very END of the movie, she wakes up in some kind of hospital, and she has a fairly fresh cut in the same exact place on the same shoulder. WTF did that mean? Was that the cut that turns into the scar from the beginning, and if so, I don't understand the timeline of the movie. Can someone explain?

dont think it has anything to do with the timeline of the movie.....maybe a screw up in the movie or perhaps she was operated on in the same spot for some other purpose. the end scene with her in the hospital and goin outside is for resident evil 2, i think anyway

I don't remember the movie... but if there isn't a weird timeline thing going on then I can't really explain that. The next one looks better...

wow...i didn't even notice that. but of course, I was hiding under my jacket pretty much throughout the whole movie.

saw the trailer for the second on a while ago. I was conned into seeing the first one..not sure if i'll be up for the second. Unless I can find a big strong man to protect me during it..maybe then i'll go.

I'm seeing texas chainsaw massacre thursday...and i guess we'll see how that goes. EEK!

wasn't she nakid in the beginning, and again at the end? scars? i certainly missed em..

the whole movie went: nekid chick, horrible story, nekid chick basically saying come see the sequel.

Hmm. All I can remember is the Red Queen hologram, the inside-out dogs and the main girl on the city street with all the devestation around it. And the fact that I wished it had been better written.
