Can I run my XFX ATI 5770 GDDR5 1GB with a iBall or Imego 500W PSU???
My system spec is
AMD P2 X4 945 3.0Ghz
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H
2GB OCZ DDR5 RAM
500GB HDD Cegate

Yes, you can.

500W is plenty for that setup, and would suffice even if you did some moderate overclocking.

Should be fine, as with a modern system it'd do well on a solid 350W PSU. I'd recommend replacing your PSU some time in the future, though. I've never even heard of those brands, I'd hate to think about their quality.

cards pull 215watts as I have observed at max with no overclock and will yank down nearly 300 with overclocking.

nah

"ATI rates the Radeon HD 5770 for 18W of power consumption at idle and 108W maximum board power at load. The Radeon HD 5750 is even lower at 16W idle and 86W under load."

just make sure the PSU can do preferably like 350w 12v and you should be fine. under occt psu tester (cpu/gpu full load) my friend 5770 + phenom 2 965 BE pulled up to 312w at the wall, so like 285w~ on the psu all in all. give it some overhead of course for stability if you can. idk whats available in india though as far as quality PSUs or specs all in all. if the 500w unit you're looking at is rated well enough, i would say you should be okay

With no-name PSUs like the ones you have mentioned, I would be uncertain.
A decent 400w PSU would have no problems (e.g. the Corsair CX400), but even at 500w, with some random off brand you might have problems.
It's better to focus on getting something that is definite quality rather than getting something which claims to be high wattage but probably isn't going to be as good.
