My next door neighbors were in a car accident today... I'm kind of still in shock. Nobody died.. however, 2 are in the hospital, one with a broken neck, not sure on the condition of the other.

These are the most loving, caring, kindest people in the world. They have been there for me all my life. I don't know what else to say.

Thank you.

Still haven't heard an update from the 3rd person in the car (husband/father of the other two) , I talked to him when he stopped by his house yesterday to pick up some things before he went back to the hospital. We sent flowers from a local florist yesterday and letters today.

Life seems so unfair sometimes.... thanks to everyone for their support, it really means a lot to me.

Some good news, it looks like they are both going to be okay! They're both able to move around a little , and it looks like there will be little permanent damage.

I learned some more details on the accident as well. Apparently, a pick up going the opposite direction lost control and went into oncoming traffic in the other lane. Fortunately, no one in the pick up was seriously injured. My friend's father only recieved cuts and bruises, however, his son, and my friend, broke several ribs and had a punctured lung. As I mentioned earlier, my friend's mother broke her neck, it looks like she will recover though.

Thanks to everyone for thier support, it meant a lot to me. Thank you.

I know how it feels. Looks like everything is going to work out for the better.
