I think what Thugs is referring to is the high volume of user-specific posts about OC'ing (and most are from AMD since this board has ~60/40 ratio), since many don't have the slightest clue about how overclocking works or what factors dictate a successful overclock. A good, updated FAQ laying out the basics of OC'ing and then reflecting the limitations for AMD and Intel platforms in controlling those variables would probably solve much of this problem, but I don't think there is one around AT. AT articles and FAQs give a good overview, but you'd have to already have a base understanding of how OC'ing works to be able to piece together the puzzle.
Personally, I don't think there's enough traffic in the CPU/OC forum to justify 2 different forums, and I also think many of the posts can be helpful to both Intel and AMD users, especially regarding memory/RAM. I always poke into new Intel threads as well to get an idea of what the latest chips/chipsets are doing and the hot configs on the Intel side of things, which I probably wouldn't bother to if it were in a dedicated Intel forum.
