REQUEST: Executable programs for PC maintenance (no installation needed)

Sup folks, I just got a job and the computers at work are slow as mollasses. The administrator has disabled pretty much everything, so I can't even do a disk defragment (defrag.exe) to speed performance. I would also like to clean the registry and disable some unnecessary startup programs that load every time I reboot (windows tour, media player + other crap). Unfortunately "regedit" and "msconfig" has both been disabled as well. Since I can't install any tweak programs (installer is also disabled), I'm looking for any programs I can run straight off a floppy disk to clean and tune up the PC. It would be really nice if I could find some small self-executable utilities to defrag the hard drive and tune it up for performance.

Got any suggestions?

Honestly...

Contact the administrator. There is a reason that such programs are disabled. I imagine that even if you do find a registry editing app that runs without installing, you won't have permission to modify the registry anyway.

If your administrators are any good, they will disable the useless stuff loading for you and run a disk defrag.
