REQUEST: all files from Windows 3.11 DISK ONE ONLY

Yeah, I know it's a wierd request. I have all the other disks 2-8, but I can't find disk 1 to start installing. I think I might have used it to boot a computer a while back at a friend's house, and left it there.

Anyway, I just need the files off the first disk so I can install 3.11 to my current 486 project thanks

wow, after a little poking around, I just found 3.11, word 2.0, and some more sweet programs from a newsgroup.

i thought i read that all those programs went "public domain" or freeware or something since they are so old. ah the days of ms-dos 6.22 and wfw 3.11 on my packard bell 486 dx2/66. i'm getting all misty eyed thinking about it

My 486 66 was win95 all the way.

I *HAD* win 95 on CD, because I've got the Win95 COA right here in my hand, but I can't find the CD anywhere. I need to get it on floppy anyway, because the old 486 doesn't have a cd-rom.
