Bush is the best man to run the country right now. Sure he is not the most articulate in fact he may be one of the least. But he tells the truth all the time, he fears God and seeks to do God's will, he doesn't let criticism keep him from doing what is right and he believes there is a difference between right and wrong.
Right and wrong are not subjective. Something that is wrong is wrong all the time no matter how the persons involved personally feel. Bush knows that and follows that principle. Plus he has 4 years of experience already and no one else running does.

Sacry sh!t man. You represent everything that scares me away from the right. I can't wait for the backlash, when the people in power shrug off the three Gs and we get some brains back in DC.

George? God? and ?
Google.

Guns....It's a term used by people who are typical gun-o-phobics.

You know, the type that usually has the gapping vaginas on their foreheads and "idealist" handbooks strapped to their sides.

I can't think of any potential candidate I would be less likely to vote for. I mean even Nixon is 1000000x better than Bush. Why not go with McCain, Schwarzenegger, or even Rush Limbaugh?

What is the logic here?

as others have pointed out, Bush is there now because he is the incumbent. But in 2000, I have no idea why the rep went with someone like Bush. Other than name recognition and his daddy's contacts he had NOTHING. Sadly, that is all he has now as well.

Has there ever been a case where the incumbent President was prevented from seeking a second term by his party?

Johnson decided not to seek a 2nd term in the 60s, though I am not sure whether he would have lost in the primaries anyway.

LBJ won the NH primary without even being on the ballot

At least the Democrats had enough sense not to run with Dean, as they had originally planned. Only core Lenin supporters (and people from Vermont) thought that he had any chance in hell of winning a national election.

Dean was on a roll until the media turned their backs on him. The guy knew what he was talking about and was doing a great job killing voter apathy. I'd replace Kerry with Dean anyday

I don't understand why he was dumped, either. One day it's the scream thing, then he's a goner.

If I remember right, Dean also proposed splitting up big media. If the scream wasn't the beginning of the end, that was.

And you?d probably be twenty five points behind Bush in the polls because of it.

Dean vs. Bush on military experience?..

Bush Texas Guard?..Dean went skiing after faking an injury

Being that his is the biggest thing the Kerry campaign is hitting on, it would be very interesting to see what things would actually be like if you had your way.

Bush's service is questionable and Dean hasn't 'flip-flopped' at all on his lack of service. He unhesitantly reported to the government to fight the war and the health checks revealed he was unfit to fight. What Dean decided to do after then is his own business.

And Bush had no military experience aside from flying a plane. Neither bush nor dean would touch the topic (Just like Bush and Kerry not mentioning they're both skull & bones)

Unlike the 90?s?draft dodging is too passé I am told.

Since 9/11 I have been repeatedly that this country needs a ?war hero.? At least this is what Kerry?s supporters keep telling me.

So had the Democrats gone with Dean? What on earth would the ?Texans for Truth? and ?swift boat veterans for truth? and the DNC convention been about?

Skiing? Chewing on aluminum foil?

This would be an entirely different election had Dean got the nomination?.The best part is that this election may have actually been about issues rather than everything else on earth that this country doesn?t care about.

used?
So we are to assume that the republican party is full of atheists, couldn't care about sexual morality either, and are only interested in harming poor white people?

has it ever occurred to you that these might be issues that these people actually CARE about?
