those fancy laws were designed by intent; this way the taxpayer can get shafted without having anything clearcut to point to.

the lies were to democrats. the obama new he could never get republican support but he had to lie to his own party to assure support for his medical disaster. And they fell for it like free medical marijuana. so what will the grifter lie about next..and will democrats fall for it again??

What will the admin's talking points be when come December 1st the website is still a piece of crap?

Headline cnn right now is about the fact the admin knew 6 months ago that the site was in really bad shape. I thought we already knew this, but it is delicious seeing the constant beat down the admin is getting over this.

Republicans are questioning testimony Sebelius gave to the committee during a hearing two weeks after she got the briefing, when she said development of the site was “on track and on time.”

“At this point, our energy and resources are focused on getting it up and running, and we are on track and the contracts have been led and we are monitoring it every step along the way,” Sebelius told the committee April 18. “I can tell you we are on track.”

In a statement, the chairman of the committee, Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich., said that Sebelius had “appeared before our committee, looked us in the eye, and repeatedly testified everything was ‘on track and on time.’”

“We now know that was not the case and the secretary was aware implementation was in trouble,” he said.

So what...before any politician opens their hole we have to have them take an oath? Is that really the world you want to live in.

And I don't care about republican, democrat, whatever. Fire every single one of these assholes. Lets vacate every single office out there and start fresh.

Fire them all.

I don't care about that. I just want these people to be honest. Or at least try to be honest. This constant stream of lying just can't be tolerated. What are we supposed to do as citizens? Just wait for them to bend us over? Wait for the government to collapse? What are we supposed to do?

more then likely she was and also violated her oath of office. There is NO law enforcement among the obama mob. They do what they want then lie about it.

Well even Bohemer was able to sign up. I went into the site the other day and it went just fine. No freeze ups or try later messages.
