Flash news update, this postponement is not dead yet.

The first time it was tried, it was fastracked, which requires a 2/3 vote, this time its normal tracked which requires a simple majority the dems can muster in the house.

Now the question is the Senate, will the R's filibuster, if not, Obama has said he will sign it.
