He murdered two teenage boys and raped and murdered a 15 year old girl.

what evidence do you have of this? do you have a population-level epidemiological study that indicates that religious belief of any kind essentially inoculates one against the act of murder? please, show us all the evidence you have.

as for the latter point, if christians are permitted a chaplain in accordance with the law, then there stands no reason why a person of a different religion can't have their own spiritual adviser with them.

edit: whether you have sympathy or not is irrelevant. if nothing else, you should care about preserving religious freedom for all citizens and ensuring equal protection under the law. unless you don't actually care about those things, of course.

He gave up all of his freedoms when he committed murder.

He isn't a religious person or he would not have been a murderer. Why does he need a religious attendant in the death chamber with him? I have no sympathy for people who murder innocent people.

I find it funny that the same people that are ready to burn conservatives at the stake are the same ones defending this turds right to have an an Imam at his lethal injection.

Did all people give up their freedoms equally, or are some prisoners treated better or worse than others?

If some asshole on death row has the right to a "pastor" attending their execution, then all assholes on death row should have that "right".


I don't think any of the murders have a right to anything other than a needle.

So what. No mater what your 'feels' are telling you, your constitution is the law while your Declaration of Independence is simply a bunch of words written on a piece of paper. And your constitution says he has rights.

Where does the constitution say he has a right to choose the attendance at his death. Be specific.

Once you are convicted of a crime and jailed you give up many rights that are afforded to every other citizen.
