I don't know. Where is the clamor from the "racism" crowd on this? If it would have been a (R) memo - JJ and the Rainbows would be all over this. Same with the (d)s. Guess the substance only matters when it isn't them😉

I suspect the memo's contents concerning Miguel Estrada are less about racism and more about political stategery 😉 as Bush is famous for his pandering to hispanics, that could certainly be a reason for why dems would want to block the nomination. Without further info and/or background on whomever wrote the memos, it's hard to really say . . .

I'm not sure what to think at this point.
