"It makes no sense to make this attack on women," she said at a local Chamber of Commerce luncheon, according to the Homer News. "If you don't feel this is an attack, you need to go home and talk to your wife and your daughters."
Gotta give her kudos for speaking out against her own party and confirming what independent women were already catching on to.

As of his latest flip-flop, after initially opposing it, Romney has supported the Blunt amendment that this particular senator regrets voting for.

First she is not, repeat, NOT a Republican. At best she is a RINO.

Second, she is so full of shit she ought to join the Democrat Party and be done with it.

She and other Democrats have got to understand that having a right to something does NOT mean the government gives it to you free. Go out and avail yourself of your rights on your own dime.

Dear GOP

Please - keep attacking women.

Thanks,

Question: Do you have a right to food? Can the government say you can be kept from food to eat?

If you have a right to food to eat, why doesn't the government pay for your food?

The GOP is not attacking women, no matter how much you and the MSM try to make it so. The GOP is attacking government spending.

Indeed, Uber.

Keep digging, Righties- the women of this country will fill that hole, with you in it.

Continue to mis-characterize the issue entirely, not realizing that you've fallen into a trap Obama laid for you when he said "free". Contraceptive services won't be free at all under the ACA- they'll be services that are 100% covered under paid for insurance plans...

You might not be dumb, but you look dumb when putting it in terms of raving about "free!", and you'd do yourselves a favor to quit.

Sigh... yeah so there was a bill passed in texas just recently that requires any woman gettng an abortion for any reason, even on entirely her money, to get an ultrasound and a doctor's verbal explanation of what she's seeing in the ultrasound, then wait 1 day before she can get her abortion.

Tell me the GOP isn't assaulting women's rights with their right wing christian fundamentalism, and I'll tell you to open your eyes. That is equivalent to making men look at pictures of all the lovely kids they are potentially not having and then wait 1 day before getting their vasectomies or prostatectomies.

Any right wing fundamentalist Christian woman will tell you there is no assault occurring, but they needed to get permission from their husbands and male clergy before saying it.;)

One-dozen condoms are $8 at my local CVS. Inane deflection and very uninspired, at best. Worth the exact amount of time it took to manufacture.

....and........ what does that mean...?

It means i'm a Republican and not happy about the recent push by other Republicans on birth control, renewed protests on abortion and nasty comments made about women. This doesn't mean i'm suddenly going to become a Democrat, it just means i'm not happy with the party I usually vote for.
