The book allegedly authored by Sarah Palin, "Going Rouge" (in honor of her omnipresent red dresses) is published by HarperCollins, wholely owned by Rupert Murdoch's Newscorp. The bulk of those pre-orders are from right wingnut groups who plan to give them away as free promotional items, which is more than they're worth.
