5 year reunions are a joke. What can you do in 5 years? Go to school? Won't even finish if you have to go to professional school.

I'd go to the 10 year reunion though.

my 5 year reunion is coming up next year.

my friends and i said we weren't going unless we either had super hot boyfriends or made a ton of money. hehe.

materialistic much?

i went to my 5 year H.S. reunion & it was very depressing.

some people had clearly gone downhill, and others had died
stupidly (e.g., in drunken car wrecks).

Actually I went to the 10-year reunion of the class before me since I had a lot of friends in the senior class when I was a junior. I didn't like most of the people in my own class. It was a pretty good time, everyone was like "wtf are you doing here?" (jokingly).

good, weeding out the gene pool. Unless they were sober, and hit by adrunk driver. Then it is sad.

That is part of the reason why I want to go to my reunion...i wanna see the failures and the success of everyone I knew. Then laugh at those that said I would never make it someplace.

no, high school was nice, but not somewhere i want to go back to and spend an evening bringing up memories
