Looks like, with the knowledge of the Yemeni government, the CIA fired a Hellfire missile from a Predator drone at the car carrying these people.

Sources identified one of the dead as Abu Ali, also known as Qaed Senyan al-Harthi, a former bin Laden security guard who was believed to have played a major role in the October 2000 attack on the destroyer Cole that killed 17 sailors.

Walid Al-Saqqaf, managing editor of the Yemen Times, told CNN that Ali was identified by a mark on his leg, which was blown off in the blast and found nearby.

Nice... It's good to know that the CIA isn't pissing around anymore.

ok.. 9 hours.. what makes you think somebody of the 100,000 computer geeks who spend ~8 hrs a day on the computer has read it and posted it??

Heh.. figured I'd get nailed by the repost police, but I did a search for CIA that came up zero. Besides, I didn't look at the news today.
