Yes, it was. And that's what threw me.... I saw the pics before I saw the thread... (in top 25 recent) and I thought it was a hooters in California. Still seemed odd even then, but, that was the only place I could imagine a large majority of asians working and eating at a hooters. Well, before I read the thread and saw it's actually in China. 😱 🙂
 
Um .. no offense, but isn't Hooters supposed to be about big juicy tits the size of your head? I don't see any breasts other than the chicken cutlets on the plate.
