Apparently if you bought a v3 razr in that time period (or around it) from Cingular T-Mobile, or some other company besides Verizon, your phone may have premature disconnects, or the phone will just white screen/shut down. I bought one in this time period but haven't experienced this problem (yet).

I bought one too, but I havent had anything bad happen to it. Only thing is (and this is probably the headset), when I use the bluetooth headset, it makes tones when it should just be idle. More of an idiosyncracy (spelling?) than an annoyance.
 
whaddya guys think of the verizon razr? it's time for me to get a new phone, I was thinking about the razr, but my friends keep saying this phone sucks.

only other phone i seem to like is "the V" but that's like $200... 🙁
 
Interesting, the Moto SLVR L7 i had from Cingular did the white screen shut down a few times....
 
Here in the last couple weeks, mine has been doing this all the time. So frustrating. I'll be talking and the phone will literally quit working. Thought it was just the network (cingular), but I guess I will call and get the phone replaced. Thanks for the heads up

I just got the Razr V3C and am loving it so far. No dropped calls (we live out in the country), very clear so far, and the camera takes some pretty good pics. Not the best ever, but for a camera on a phone, they are pretty good, imo.
