And it was accessed by hackers: Washington Post

And the new EPA head said to Congress during his confirmation hearing that he didn't use private e-mail for government business when he did: Washington Post story

lol Republicans. But her e-mails!!

Reminds when idiot Palin got her yahoo email that she was using for state business "hacked". Although you could hardly call it that since the password was her dog's name or kid's birthday or something.

Dopes.

High level sources just confirmed Mr. Pence's IT specialist made a post on the website ChristianMingle.com, asking how to remove a "VIP" email address from record. Mr. Pence could not be reached for comment.

You're a liar fskimo. No 3rd party involved for Hillary.
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/hill...3000-emails-secretary-state/story?id=42389308
"
In December 2014, Clinton’s legal team provided about 30,000 emails -- totaling 55,000 pages -- to the State Department.

"[Clinton] then was asked by her lawyers at the end, 'Do you want us to keep the personal emails?' And she said, 'I have no use for them anymore.' It's then that they issued the direction that the technical people delete them," Comey told lawmakers."

False, she asked her lawyers to screen the emails for her and relied on their decision. As they are not Clinton, they are by definition a third party.

Now I expect an apology from you, so let me know when you're ready to give it. You should really learn not to be such a dishonest person all the time but if you're not willing to do that then you should at a minimum stop drawing attention to your dishonesty by falsely calling other people liars. If you need help with your personal honesty problems let me know and I'm glad to assist!

She deleted official State Department e-mails and she had classified e-mails on her private server, both illegal acts. Will she be prosecuted for it? I hope so, but probably not.

Having classified emails on her private server is not in and of itself an illegal act, dummy.

You're consuming entirely too much right wing media, it's making you stupid.

Since she did not have input into what was kept and what was deleted, of course it was a third party.

This is a very bad apology, something that you should really do for your sake as much as mine. It looks really bad when you lie this blatantly and then rant childishly when your lies are pointed out.

Again, I'm going to have to ask you to apologize for lying so blatantly. Were you not brought up well?

Yes, her lawyers were under a legal obligation to retain any work related emails and THAT is their #1 priority. If they knowingly deleted pertinent emails they would expose themselves to prosecution and jail time. Are you saying that you believe her lawyers violated their ethical and legal obligations and put themselves at risk of conviction? If so, what's the basis for this? If not, please issue a second apology to them.

So to be clear you are claiming her lawyers violated the law and deleted things they weren't permitted to? What is the basis for this? Sounds like you owe them an apology along with me.

You're a terribly dishonest person, where did you get this trait from?

From the previously provided link. You should have read it.

"However, after a year-long investigation, the FBI recovered more than 17,000 emails that had been deleted or otherwise not turned over to the State Department, and many of them were work-related, the FBI has said."

Anyways, taj's desperate attempts at diversion aside, it's hardly surprising that Pence was a total hypocrite here. For those saying he wasn't privy to classified information in the same way Clinton was this is for the most part true, but he continued to use his private email account for official business AFTER he began receiving top secret intelligence briefings.

So yes, he was using private email for official business after he had access to top secret material. I guess we should lock him up!

So you lied when you stated i said she was convicted ! I demand an apology! uhh no, only an asshole like fskimo tries that bullshit.

Personal insults don't bother me, especially from people like you, so unless you find some sort of catharsis by raging against me you're wasting your time. I get the feeling you just enjoy ranting and raving though, so if that's your jam by all means keep at it! I want you to be happy.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails either sent or received. Was that true?
COMEY: That’s not true.
GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said, “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.” Was that true?
COMEY: There was classified material emailed.

What does this have to do with Pence criticizing Clinton for using private email for government business while he was using private email for government business himself?

Occam's razor tells you that if there was a case to be made against her, it would already have been made. The incentives to bring HRC (or any person or group in a position of power really) down on corruption charges are very very strong for multiples parties in many areas of the American Social fabric.
