Every cup of coffee you buy from Starbucks and McDonalds supports the terrorists!

Starbucks is horrible.

had the starbucks breakfast sandwiches yet?

Ever seen Super Size Me?

Sure, maybe their coffee "tastes" better (not likely), but at least you won't have a heart attack or lose your job drinking coffee at Starbucks

Besides, have you seen the inside of a McDonald's lately? It's like the whole trailer park came down with all their kids to get a heart attack.

I'd much rather shop at Target

I hate Starbucks regular coffee. I like their drinks like the vanilla latte, and the frappachinos, but their straight coffee is bad. It's way over roasted and tastes bad.

Had some Mcdonalds coffee a few days ago. Pretty damn good, and cheap.

I dont know why people have this whole bad view on Mcdonalds anyway. Its good cheap food, and the Mcchickens own.

I've had it and wasn't particularly impressed. Dunkin Donuts is better, when it's fresh.

My office gets fresh coffee beans from Gloria Jeans and we have a grinder, so it's pretty tasty actually.

None of them, including Starbuck's compares to fresh home roasted coffee brewed properly though 😀

Listen.

Does it really take that long to prepare your own coffee?

If you actually care about your health, you wouldn't be drinking fast coffee.

I don't know what the policy is where your local Starbucks is but for the last 3 years I've been buying a 16 oz regular drip coffee 5 days a week. It used to cost $1.60, now it costs $1.65. I fail to see how that is overpriced. Sadly, my local McD's sells Seattle's Best for coffee so I have yet to try this new coffee they are brewing. Of course, nothing is better than the coffee I make at home on the weekend. I just have to make sure I get up before the wife or suffer her idea of coffee.

I love McD Coffee as well, but i feel embarrassed just walking in and ordering a coffee. I end up buying a bunch of crap that I shouldn't be eating.

I see people go thru the drive through and just get coffee

That's odd, every cup of McDonald's coffee I have ever had has been horrid almost beyond description. Like drinking battery acid someone peed in and left on a hot plate since the Blitzkrieg.
Bwhahaahah!!!

That made me LOL.

/taps sarcasm meter

😕

I kind of like Dunkin Donuts coffee, however, in calling it coffee, I'd say it's a rather poor description. The Green Mountain coffee on the RPI campus is rather piss poor though.

A Consumer Reports taste test found McDonald's Corp.'s coffee tastes better and costs less than brew from Starbucks Corp., Burger King Holdings Inc. and Dunkin' Donuts Inc., Bloomberg News reported today.

"We compared the rivals with Starbucks, all in basic black -- no flavors, milk, or sugar -- and you know what? McDonald's beat the rest," Consumer Reports said in its March issue.

McDonald's Chief Executive Officer Jim Skinner introduced coffee made from 100 percent Arabica beans, the kind used at Starbucks, a year ago. The move helped drive 2006 sales up 36 percent, the Oak Brook, Illinois-based company said last month.

A message left with Seattle-based Starbucks' media hotline before regular business hours wasn't immediately returned.

"McDonald's coffee tastier, more economical than Starbucks' brew"

dude, people worried about the cost of a cup of coffee isnt Starbuck's target audience.

and black coffee tastes horrible no matter who makes it. (McD, starbucks, maxwell house from home coffee maker, etc although maxwell house tastes WEAK if u follow the directions!)

gota add that cream + sugar.

I actually hate Starbucks coffee. I like their flavored and sugary stuff, but I mostly avoid them.
I am really picky when it comes to coffee, I hate acidic aftertastes that plagues 99% of the world's coffee.
Too bad Diedrich's sold out to Starbucks.

*looks at his sig*
