Replacing the lenses & rubber pieces on Oakley Sunglasses ??

Does anyone know if you have to go through Oakley to get replacment lenses/parts or are there other places one can go to get "duplicate" items ??? (would it be hard to replace the lenses yourself ?)


I know it runs somewhere about $50. to replace the lenses , plastic nose pieces & rubber side pieces but you have to send it to Oakley for them to replace .

Call them and tell them you need replacement earpieces, that should do the trick. I dunno about lenses, but it seems that the frames are the majority of their costs, since they were gonna charge me 75 bux for a new a wire frame.

That or go to a Sunglass Hut (or equivalent) and ask them for those pieces. (Say you lost yours or something) Sometimes they might be able to hook you up with it from a defective pair.
