I've been looking at a video card replacement for my folk's old dying s3 virge (or equivalent) video card, I happen to have a 9100/9200 Radeon series, it does look as though replacing the fan on it might not be such a bad idea, but the cooler on it is stuck on with epoxy (no pin/spring holes for a better aftermarket cooler, unfortunately), and the fan is part of the heatsink housing.
It's an OEM Powered by ATI card, I've long since forgotten who distributed the card originally...Could possibly be a Sapphire though; Regardless, I got it over 3 years ago, warranty's going to be moot in any event.
Is there anyplace online I might be able to find just the open fan housing?
