Hello all,

I have been reading some reviews on the A7V133. It seems that this board comes with a default heatsink for the North Bridge chip. Most of the reviews say that OC'ers should replace the default heatsink to provide better cooling for the chip.

Has anyone done this?. If so with what? Do the standard clips work? If not, how did you attach the other coolers to the North Bridge chip?

Thanks a lot.

I did not replace the heatsink but I did upgrade the fan. I got it at www.coldcpu.com. I think they did sell the chipset heatsinks too. Mine is running great at 150MHz with just the fan upgrade and some Arctic Silver heat sink compound.
