Replacing psu fan really worth it?

I've been thinking of replacing the fan in my psu lately, mostly because it seems to do nothing. When I put my hand behind my pc, I feel air coming from my pci fans and case fan, but all I feel coming from the psu is heat. So, do you think replacing it is really worth it? I would think it would help lower system temps, but I'm not really sure. Can someone who has done this before give some input?

Note: I have a 400 watt Future Power psu w/an 80 mm super slow fan

I always replace my PSU fans with low-noise Panaflos. Not a big deal but be careful and keep your fingers off anything they shouldn't be on.
