Replacing old noisy heatsink/fan

Hi,

I'm looking for a heatsink fan that would be quieter than my current volcano 7. I have a Athlon xp1600+ right now with a Asus A7V333 Motherboard. I was thinking of getting the Zalman CNPS5100-Cu. Is this a good choice? Can anyone recommend anything else? Also, at the moment i'm not overclocking, but i might in the future.
