Replacing Motherboard with Same Motherboard

Quick question. I want to replace my current motherboard which has some northbridge heat issues with a same model mobo. Can I do this without having to re-install Windows?

Yes.

You don't even have to do the Repair Install, since all the drivers are exactly the same.

You might have to re-activate Windows though, due to the change in the Mac address of your Ethernet adapter (NIC).
