Replacing Modular Power Supply

RallyMaster is probably correct, but I just gotta add....

I've had 3 different modular power supplys.

Two, from different manfgs, had interchangeable plugs but different color sleeving.

Look before you leap. 😉

You may be able to connect the psu to the old lines provided from your old psu, but I would seriously unreccomend this.

It may fit via the connection but they may have different pinout on the actual connector. At the risk of damaging your stuff, it would be safer to just redo the wiring.

Sorry, but BassBomb is indeed correct. After having the X3 1kw unit and a very similar Corsair unit (the HX620), the pinouts are not the same and most of the cabling's power supply side plugs are very different, too. While both use FlexForce-ish cables, that's about all that's similar.
