replacing modem - do I need to reset router

As the title says, I am replacing my modem and am wondering if I will then need to reset the router.

Modem (Motorola SB6120) will be connected to router (D-Link DIR-655) via ethernet. Router is connected to one computer via ethernet, and other computers via wireless.
