Replacing CPU on Thinkpad 600; How to?

Greetings everyone!

I am purchasing a Thinkpad 600 with PII 266 CPU and would like to upgrade it to 366 or possibly 400 MHz CPU. I have searched far and wide for ste-by-step instructions but have not succeeded so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it uses a removable CPU, find the faster CPU in the same package/interface, swap the chips, power on, pray
