Replacing case fans

Summer's here, and my sub-30C idle temps have long disappeared with the heat wave now coming over the Midwest. As a result, I was thinking about replacing my case fans for better flow all around.

Here is my current fan config:

Intake:
2-NMB 92x38mm, ~25 CFM each at low speed
1xAC 12025, ~20-25 CFM (Freezer 64 partially blocks fan from the side)

Exhaust:
1x 120mm (Variable speed fan on FSP PSU)
1x CM 80mm rifle bearing fan, ~25 CFM

I was thinking about replacing the rear fan with a 120mm, 50+CFM S-Flex or equivalent on a fan adaptor, and also swapping out one or both of the front NMBs for 92mm fans with greater airflow. Would that help my temps out by a decent margin?

I'm pretty open on 92mm fan choices; thinking about Akasa (not a great improvement in flow) or medium speed Panaflos/Sunons (could get loud).

Rear fan...use a 80 to 120mm adapter and throw a Yate Loon D12SL-12 on it (be sure to get a fan grill to protect them fingers). Get rid of the case door (yes, I know that will impact your aesthetics, but if you look at my case, you'll notice I have none of the riced crap it used to have) and throw a Scythe Kama Bay silver into it. You have a Freezer 64 Pro and you're not providing direct airflow to it. I know this because I have one. The bottom fans are cooling hard drives and feeding air into your video card. It also has very little chance of escaping your case.

Before you cut the case, I told you to wait till you get your parts to dremel out the chunk of aluminum off the side panel. If you listened to what I said, you would have put the fan hole lower so that you can exhaust out air that is blown back from your 92 mm as well as the air coming out of your VF700.

If you really need a medium speed fan (~1600RPM), get a Yate Loon D12SM-12: http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa1.html. I can't justify paying 14.99+shipping for a case fan even if it is S-FDB.

Kama Bay isn't worth the money and the fan is way too slow to do much. Getting some real exhaust going will help more. On that case I'd want more than a Yate Loon on the 80 to 120 adapter. Consider the 120x38mm Sanyo Denki 109R1212H1011 from thermalfx.com or elsewhere. It can push nearly as much as the yate loon at 5V and have over 100 CFM available if needed. Up to 7V or so it is pretty quiet and its sound isn't too irritating at full speed. One of the best exhaust/radiator fans ever made.
