Replacing a Chipset Fan

I need to replace the chipset fan on an ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard.

NewEgg Link (I bought it new and retail a while ago, the only linkage at newegg is for an open box OEM.)

Asus Link

I've yet to mess with chipset cooling, so I have no clue what type of fan needs to go there. Searching here, on Google, and reviewing the specs didn't give me any immediate clues. It seems like a straightforward replacement procedure and that any generic chipset fan would work, but I want to make sure I get the correct part!

Can I just replace the chipset fan with any generic north/south bridge chipset fan or is there a specific or particular size/type of fan that I'd be looking for?

(No OCing involved and this is a mid/low gaming rig by today's standards, so it doesn't need to be anything radical - it just needs to stop making horrible noises.)

Would something like this work? generic chipset fan - Although I'd probably be looking at the local Frys Electronics.

Take it out, remove the sticker from the back (or just peel of a part of it ? you?d need to stick it back), remove small cup in the middle (if any), oil inside (even WD40 will do), press/turn fan couple of times, remove excess of oil, close and put fan back. If still noisy ? mod to 5 or 7v (red wire to yellow molex, black to red molex) ? with no overclocking it is safe - you can cool chipset even passively.

If it comes down to buying anything (olmer's suggestion doesn't pan out) then don't bother with another dinky fan but rather replace the heat sink with a proper one (i.e. larger, passive). That one is ridic.
