good choice in replacing the 7900gt with the x1900xt(x) you will see better performance at that resolution (thats what i'm using my rig at).

I would suggest going for a 500-600 watts psu or higher depending upon the rest of the system.
I have Antec SL450 with 25A on +12va line and haven't risked running the card on it, I had been waiting for Antec SP500
