Replacement SB

You can't. Intel only sells them to board manufacturers or in thousands+ quantities.

Even if you found one, how do you plan to work on bga chips? Do you own fancy IR equipment? I can't imagine taking out the SB chip and soldering a new one without damaging the surrounding components.
