replacement part for my nf7s-v2 northbridge hsf

my nf7s v2 northbridge hsf (original) has started making loud noises, and is getting annoying, what can i replace it with, i have a large hsf on my cpu (slk947U) so room might be an issue, can anyone suggest what to replace the hsf with? (something quiet). i should aslo not i do run the chipset voltage .1 above the default, so it prolly get a bit hotter than normal (maybe?)

any suggestions?

I'll vouch for the NB32J. I use it on my NF7-S and it's short so it won't hit huge heatsinks on the processor. It still works very well though.

so does the adhesive work just was well? on the more expenisve one? at heat transfer that is
