Replacement Logitech MX700 mouse?

Is there a way to buy an MX700 mouse without buying a whole new set with the cradle? My cradle is fine, but my MX700 is really scratched up and stuff and doesn't feel nice and smooth anymore, especially where my trigger finger goes. Dropped it one too many times lol

Anyway, anyone know if I can buy one through Logitech or something? I'd like a brand-new, smooth 'n shiny MX700 without having to spend $50.

Is there anything wrong with it that wasn't caused by you? If there is you might try to get it replaced for free through warranty by contacting Logitech. I've returned a couple of Microsoft mice where the feet wore down and microsoft didn't give me any grief about it and sent me new ones.

Nah, it was all me...I've dropped it a couple times while transporting my system (usually downstairs for games or movies lol). I gotta give the little monster credit, it can take a beating and won't quit.

nah, not yet. I cleaned it off real good, and I managed to scrape the scuff off the area where the tips of my fingers go...it was like an outside scratch, kinda weird. the rest are all real scratches, but at least it doesn't bother my fingers so much. I think what I'm going to do is buy the logitech wireless combo for the family computer and switch the mx700 when it comes in...the family computer always gets food and crud all over it anyway, no one will care

If it's like my MX Duo setup, then no, you need to purchase both the mouse & cradle as a replacement mouse would not be able to communicate w/ the old cradle you have
