Replacement instruction manual?

I picked up a used copy of Condemned 2 a while back, and it didn't come with a manual. Now our EB has a decent game trade in promotion and I want to trade the game in, but need a manual. I've checked eBay and can't see spending $4+$6 shipping for it. Replacementdocs.com has a scan, but a printed out book probably won't fly for a trade in. I was told you can contact the publisher and get a replacement manual for the cost of shipping, but I rooted around Sega's site for an hour last night and couldn't find how to request or order one.

Has anyone done this before, requested a replacement manual? Calling is probably the only option, eh?
