Replacement for stock E33681

I have an old desktop with a Socket 775, Core 2 Duo processor on which the original Intel E33681 fan has given up the ghost. It was cooling adequately for our use before and I don't really need anything much quieter. Should I just find another E33681, or are there sub $20 options you would recommend instead?
