Replacement for SpeedFan?

SpeedFan has fallen rather out of date. I just built a Core i7 8700 and it won't work. So has anything come along to replace it?

In what way? I use CPUID Hardware Monitor to monitor all fan speeds and temps.

Core Temp is really good, take a look at that.
