Hi All,

I'm looking to replace my ATI 4850. I game casually on a 1080p monitor. I'd like to be able to play with medium - high settings on games.

The card must be quiet. It's the #1 requirement. I have a very sensitive ear to computer fan noise.

Budget is $160.

Any recommendations?

If you really hate noise, go with a GTX 750Ti. It has the highest performance/watt therefore it will give you the best performance without all the noise and heat.

Alternatively, you can wait for a Radeon 265 to be released within the next week or two (they were supposed to be released by the end of the month) which is supposed to be faster than the GTX 750Ti and have a $149 MSRP.

yea, a non-reference 750ti can be really quiet. I saw an evga one with what appeared to be the same cooler they use on the 780, which is ridiculous.
